Turkey Burger
Ingredients:
- Minced Turkey (1 Pound)
- Parsley (1/2 Cup, Chopped)
- Scallions (3)
- Egg (1)
- Fresh Mint (2 Tablespoons, Chopped)
- Minced Garlic (2 Cloves)
- Ground Cumin (1 Teaspoon)
- Cayenne Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon)
- Salt and Pepper (1/2 Teaspoon Each)
- Bread Crumbs (1/2 Cup)
- Buns (6)
Ingredients For Turkey Sauce:
- Sour Cream (1/2 Cup)
- Greek Yogurt (2/3 Cup)
- Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
- Salt and Pepper (1/4 Teaspoon Each)
- Lemon Juice (2 Tablespoons)
- Minced Garlic (1 Clove)
- Sumac (1 Teaspoon)
Directions :
- In a large bowl, add the minced turkey and all of the ingredients. Mix together
- Form into patties.
- Spray the grill with oil and grill the burgers for about 5-8 minutes turning frequently.
- When you are done grilling, set the burgers on the side and make the sauce.
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
- In a burger bun, add the turkey burger, sauce and lettuce/pickles.
