Chicken baguette
Ingredients:
- Rotisserie chicken (1)
- Baguette Loaf (1)
- Cream Cheese (4 Tablespoons)
- Fresh Baby Spinach (1 Bunch)
- Roasted Peppers (8 Oz Jar)
Directions:
- Buy a ready rotisserie chicken or cook one. Take it apart and throw away all the bones and skin.
- Take one baguette and cut it in half. Then take out the excess bread on the inside.
- Add a thin layer of cream cheese. I used a tablespoon of cream cheese on each side but it’s a preference.
- Add baby spinach onto the cream cheese. About a handful per sandwich.
- Add roasted peppers. About 4 per sandwich, depending on the size.
- Add the cut up chicken.
- Close the sandwich and cut it into small pieces.
