Chicken and Bacon Wraps

 

Ingredients:

  • Rotisserie chicken (1)
  • Bacon (About 7-10 Slices)
  • Ranch (1 Cup)
  • Oregano (1 TSP)
  • White Vinegar (1 TSP)
  • Tortilla or Pita Bread
  • Tomato and lettuce slices

Directions:

  1. Take apart one rotisserie chicken and set it in a large bowl.
  2. Bake 7-10 slices of bacon 400º for 15 minutes then chop them small and add them to the chicken bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, add one cup of ranch, one teaspoon of oregano and one teaspoon of white vinegar. Mix them together with a fork, then add the sauce to the chicken and bacon bowl.
  4. This part is not in the video but I like to add half teaspoon of salt to the ranch. This is a preference.
  5. Combine everything together with a fork.
  6. Get tortilla bread and add about two tablespoons of chicken mix.
  7. Slice some tomatoes into half moons and add it to the sandwich.
  8. Roughly chop romaine lettuce and add it to the sandwich.
  9. Tuck everything in and roll the sandwich.
  10. Do the same for the rest of the sandwiches.
