Chicken and Bacon Wraps
Ingredients:
- Rotisserie chicken (1)
- Bacon (About 7-10 Slices)
- Ranch (1 Cup)
- Oregano (1 TSP)
- White Vinegar (1 TSP)
- Tortilla or Pita Bread
- Tomato and lettuce slices
Directions:
- Take apart one rotisserie chicken and set it in a large bowl.
- Bake 7-10 slices of bacon 400º for 15 minutes then chop them small and add them to the chicken bowl.
- In a small bowl, add one cup of ranch, one teaspoon of oregano and one teaspoon of white vinegar. Mix them together with a fork, then add the sauce to the chicken and bacon bowl.
- This part is not in the video but I like to add half teaspoon of salt to the ranch. This is a preference.
- Combine everything together with a fork.
- Get tortilla bread and add about two tablespoons of chicken mix.
- Slice some tomatoes into half moons and add it to the sandwich.
- Roughly chop romaine lettuce and add it to the sandwich.
- Tuck everything in and roll the sandwich.
- Do the same for the rest of the sandwiches.
